What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping address:

? The item will be delivered to the address you have stated on Checkout form. Please make sure you indicate the correct address.

? You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, contact us with the correct address as soon as possible.

Shipping method:

? All packages are sent via International registered airmail.

? You will receive a tracking number to control the process of the shipment.

Note: some local postal services do not provide up to the door on-line tracking for international registered airmail (such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post). But it still shows whether the package left Ukraine and entered the destination country. The registered airmail also assumes that your local post office is obliged to get your signature upon delivery.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery time:

? Your package will be shipped within 3−5 business days after cleared payment for most items.

? Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time. The transit time will also be affected by any busy season (e.g. Christmas) or your local holidays.

But based on the statistics, here are average terms of shipping:
? USA: 2−3 weeks
? Canada: 2−3 weeks
? Australia: 3−4 weeks
? Europe: 1−2 weeks

CHRISTMAS LEAD TIMES MAY INCREASE BY AN ADDITIONAL NEAR ONE WEEK
Sometimes international shipping can take a bit longer time. Please be patient. Good works are worthy to wait for them.

What Do I Do If The Package Is Lost?

Lost package:

? You can track your order using the provided tracking number. Once tracking shows that the package has entered your country it means that from that moment your country local post office is dealing with the delivery. Therefore, I will not be responsible anymore for the loss or delay of the order.

? If the parcel was not delivered within the time frame indicated above, and you have not received notification of the parcel, you should periodically call in your post office and to clarify the existence of your parcels.

Very often a post office attempts to deliver an order but there is no authorized person available to sign for it. In such case you need to contact your local post office to ask for re-delivery or visit your post office to collect your order. I am not responsible for non-delivery if such a case. After a certain period of time, if you fail to collect your order, it may be returned back to me. Re-shipping can be organized for the additional postage charge.

? If you do not receive your parcel within 1 month. Please let us know about it. We will order the search parcels at the post office of Ukraine for our money within three days. Search parcels can be carried out within 2 months from the date of writing the application for sending wanted. If the parcel is not found within two months, we will refund you the full cost of your order including shipping costs.

During the search of sending (up to two months), we do not refund you the money for the goods you bought (and shipping costs) to obtain Official confirmation by post Ukraine where our parcel.

We accept PayPal or Credit Cards only.

Your items will be made (if the thing is not yet ready) and shipped only after the payment is cleared.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.

Orders & Returns

What if I am unhappy with the purchase?

? If a customer is unhappy with the purchase it may be returned for a refund (without cost of delivery).

? After the item has been returned, the original purchase price will be refunded to the customer via PayPal (excluding Paypal commission about 2% of the refund amount)

? Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.

How Unclaimed Packages?

Unclaimed Packages:

? If your package has been returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you for more information on delivery (retransmission burden) or cancel (in this case, $ 5 administrative fee for nested time, energy and packaging waste).

If within a month, we have not received your reply to our letter, your order will be canceled and the money for the cost of goods and shipment are not returned.

How Do I Track My Order?

After the we place your order, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on website with the tracking number provided.
